About the Event
PYD hosted its first outdoor event on August 9, 2008.
Since the summer was almost over, the best choice was to have a barbecue on Staten Island. The sun was shinging and the temperature was perfect. It was a day filled with hamburgers, hot dogs, and games. After the day of food and games, the students were given a wonderful view of the Statue of Liberty with a sunset on the Staten Island Ferry..
